Background

Pets & Co. is a comprehensive platform designed to provide comprehensive support for new pet owners. The platform aims to address the unique challenges and questions faced by pet owners, offering a supportive community and valuable resources.

The Challenge

To create a platform that effectively meets the needs of new pet owners and fosters a supportive community. The platform needed to be user-friendly, informative, and engaging, providing a valuable resource for pet owners at all stages of their pet ownership journey.

Building Blocks

Utilizing empathy mapping, user personas, and service blueprints to gain a deep understanding of user needs and create a user-centered experience. By focusing on empathy and understanding the perspectives of pet owners, the project aimed to create a platform that truly resonated with its target audience.

Development

The process began by conducting research to understand the needs and challenges faced by new pet owners. Empathy mapping and user personas were created to gain a deeper understanding of the target audience, identifying their pain points and motivations. Service blueprints were then developed to visualize the entire customer journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfying interaction between customers, employees, and systems.

Outcome

Pets & Co. ends up to be a platform that provides valuable resources, community support, and personalized recommendations for new pet owners.
